For EU independent distributors, the gap is rarely “we never heard of the PN” — it is lead time, quantity, or revision / date-code mismatch when the customer cannot wait on authorized allocation.

How EU distributors should ask for an Asia backup quote
A useful RFQ is short and complete. We can usually reply within about 24 business hours when you include:
1. Full ordering PN — e.g. MTFC8GAMALBH-AAT / MTFC16GAPALBH-IT (and required revision if any)
2. Qty + target date — and whether you need a single lot or call-off
3. Ship-to / Incoterms preference — HK or Shenzhen exit is fine; we state source as HK stock / SZ stock / market source
4. QC depth — visual only, X-ray sample, or deeper checks (see below)
Tip: if you already list the PN on your own site but LT or qty is tight, say so. We quote as backup, not as a competing retail catalog for your end customer.
