At ICLee.com, we are committed to providing high-quality electronic components and exceptional service. We understand that issues may occasionally arise, and this policy outlines our clear and fair procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Conditions for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following specific conditions:

Defective or Non-Conforming Parts: Components received are defective, damaged, or do not match the ordered specifications.

Shipping Errors: The delivered quantity is incorrect, or the wrong item was shipped.

Dead on Arrival (DOA): A component is found to be non-functional upon initial, correct installation and testing.

All return requests must be initiated within 60 days of the shipment date. The components must be in an unused condition and include all original labels, packaging, and documentation.

Do not ship items back without authorization. 

You must first contact our support team to report the issue

and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We will provide you with the RMA number,

the correct return shipping address,

Securely package the item(s) using anti-static and

protective materials.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service.

Inspection & Resolution

Once received, our quality team will inspect the items.

We will then process the approved refund, replacement,

or store credit.

3. Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges

Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to our error (defective/wrong part), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Method & Timing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing typically begins after we receive and inspect the returned items, and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges: If a direct replacement is available, we will ship it as soon as the return is approved.

4. Non-Returnable Items & Situations

To ensure fairness and clarity, the following are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Products Correctly Delivered: Items that are exactly as ordered and fully functional.

Customer Error: Components damaged due to improper handling, installation (e.g., soldering), electrostatic discharge (ESD), or modification by the customer.

Incorrect Ordering: Orders placed for the wrong part number, package type, or quantity due to customer error.

Missing Documentation/Integrity: Items returned without original labels, datasheets, or with altered markings (scratched, removed, or re-marked).

Time Limit Exceeded: Requests made after the 60-day period from shipment date.

5. Warranty Claims

Defective components may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for assistance with initiating a warranty claim, which may involve different procedures than a standard return.
