Our Quality Assurance Framework

Our quality philosophy is proactive and process-driven, covering the entire component lifecycle from sourcing to delivery.

  1. Rigorous Supplier Qualification & Sourcing Control
    The foundation of quality is laid at the source.

We partner exclusively with authorized manufacturers or franchised distributors to establish traceable supply chains.

Our supplier vetting process evaluates not only their products but also their Quality Management Systems (QMS), often requiring certifications like ISO 9001 and IECQ HSPM for hazardous substance control.

  1. Incoming & First Article Inspection (FAI)
    Upon receipt, components undergo stringent verification.

Visual & Documentation Check: We verify packaging, part markings, and batch codes against accompanying certificates of conformity (CoC).

First Article Inspection (FAI): For new custom components or after significant process changes, we implement FAI. This is a formal process where the first production sample is thoroughly inspected against all design specifications to validate the supplier's production capability before mass orders are placed.The FAI report serves as a baseline for future quality checks.

  1. In-Depth Testing & Verification
    Beyond visual checks, we employ advanced testing to uncover hidden defects.

Electrical Testing: Basic functional tests to verify performance parameters.

Advanced Analysis: For high-reliability demands, we can arrange specialized testing through certified labs, including:

X-Ray Inspection: To detect internal structural anomalies, die attach issues, or wire bonding defects.

Decapsulation: For die verification and authenticity confirmation.

Reliability Tests: Following JEDEC, AEC, or MIL-STD standards, including Temperature Cycling (TCT), Highly Accelerated Stress Test (HAST), and others.

 

  1. Continuous Monitoring & Corrective Action
    Quality control is an ongoing commitment.

Ongoing Reliability Monitoring (ORM): We monitor field performance and yield data to ensure long-term component reliability.

Structured Problem Solving: If a non-conformance is detected, we initiate a formal 8D (Eight Disciplines) report process to identify the root cause, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.

  1. Anti-Counterfeit & ESD Protection

Counterfeit Prevention: Our strict sourcing and inspection protocols are the primary defense against counterfeit parts. We remain vigilant for common signs of counterfeiting throughout our processes.

ESD & MSL Control: All handling and storage areas are ESD-protected. Moisture-Sensitive Devices (MSDs) are stored according to IPC/JEDEC standards with proper baking facilities available.
